A trained case manager helps residents and their families sort through the maze of available services, benefits, health insurance, etc. and the paperwork that goes with it. The case manager is available here at our center on the 4th Tuesday of each month from 9:00 to 11:00am. No appointment is necessary. Services are offered on a first come, first served basis and sponsored by Lifespan. Funding guidelines limit this service to persons 60 years of age and over and their spouses of any age. Family members of seniors may also seek services for the senior in their life.
