Silver & Fit

Silver&Fit is a fitness program designed specifically to help older adults achieve better health through regular exercise and health education. If your health plan offers Silver&Fit and you would like more information about Silver&Fit classes, please contact the Webster Recreation Center at 872-7103.

PLEASE NOTE: Participants have the option to attend one or two times per week. This program is for those with a Silver and Fit membership only.
